Refund policy

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES/ RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

Please ensure you are selecting the right size and or color for the item you are wanting to purchase. We have all measurements located in the description of each item. We also have a sizing chart located on our website as well if it is not located in the description panel. We highly suggest using your actual measurements to cross-examine with our sizing chart to ensure you are selecting the correct size.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will have three consecutive days to reach out to us regarding your unacceptable order and we will fix it within a reasonable timeframe. After three consecutive days have passed, we will no longer be able to review any claims regarding damaged, and or defective products.

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address upon checkout, you will need to pay a $4.99 reship fee for us to ship out your package. We do not issue refunds due to a package being sent back to us for incorrect/unknown addresses. After we receive your package from the shipping courier, we will need to start the process of reshipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
